Yes, and it suits how many homes here are used. The Census estimates about one home in six here is held for seasonal or occasional use. An empty house is the easiest one to paint: no rooms to work around, no odour to live with, and the furniture moved once. We agree access, the colour schedule and a finish date with you beforehand. You get daily updates while we work and a walkthrough when you are back, or with your house manager if you prefer.

It depends on whether you are living there during the work. If the house is empty, doing it all at once costs less overall, because setup, protection and cleanup happen once. If you are in residence, phasing is easier: we finish one wing or floor, clean it, and move on, so bedrooms and the kitchen stay usable.
