Revitalizing a Coronado Island Home

Lifetime Custom Painting completed a comprehensive exterior painting project for the Yonkman family on Coronado Island. This eight-day project rejuvenated the home's exterior, enhanced its curb appeal, and ensured lasting durability against the coastal environment.

We used Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh in a flat sheen — a premium paint designed to withstand weather while maintaining a beautiful finish. The body was painted in Storm Cloud (HGSW6249), a sophisticated blue-gray, complemented by Foggy Day (DE6226, tinted 50% darker) for the trim, gutters, soffits, and garage door.

This $15,000 project revitalized every aspect of the home's exterior, from siding and soffits to the back patio and garage door, creating a polished, cohesive look that blends seamlessly with Coronado Island's charming coastal aesthetic.
